DRAFTED: Selected in the eighth round (244th overall) of the 2004 National Hockey League Entry Draft by the New York Islanders

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: 2008-09: Suited up in 39 games for the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL), scoring 4 points (2g-2a) while compiling 47 penalty minutes ... his two goals came on shorthanded situations (at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on 12/27 and at Albany on 1/21)

2007-08: Started the season with the Utah Grizzlies (ECHL) before joining the Sound Tigers half-way through ... played in 23 games with Utah and scored 13 points (5g/8a) and had 29 penalty minutes ... scored his only AHL goal of the season with the Sound Tigers against Albany River Rats Goalie of the Year, Michael Leighton on 2/15/08 ... had four multi-point games at the ECHL level ... scored a season-high two goals in the ECHL on 11/9 vs. Victoria (7-1 win)

2006-07: Played under an NHL contract and his rookie season with the Sound Tigers ... in 76 games, totaled 19 points (9g/10a) and 65 penalty minutes ... scored first pro goal of his career on 11/17 at Worcester

JUNIORS: Started the season with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds but was sent to the Guelph Storm half-way through in 2005-06 ... during his 2004-05 season, finished fifth Sault Ste. Marie in scoring with 42 points (23g/19a) ... doubled his point production from the season prior ... played his first full season with the Greyhounds in 2003-04, participating in 67 games and totaling 20 points (9g/11a).
