TXT_BIOGRAPHY
Entering his third year as a professional, Duchesne spent last season in the ECHL, splitting time between the Mississippi Sea Wolves and the South Carolina Stingrays. Duchesne has played 49 of his 51 contests in the ECHL, with his two other games occurring in the AHL with the Philadelphia Phantoms. The native of Silver Springs, Maryland was selected by the Flyers in the fourth round (119th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft and is the son of former NHLer Gaetan Duchesne. Duchesne started the season in the training camp of the Adirondack Phantoms.
