2008-09: Attended NHL Rookie Camp with Anaheim... Attended AHL Training Camp with Iowa... Reassigned to Bakersfield on Oct. 11, 2008...
Prior to Condors:
2007-08: Made professional debut last season with the Portland Pirates (AHL)... registered one assist in five regular season games... also suited up for 13 playoff games... 2004-08: played 146 games, recording 129 points (51g-78a) and 108 PIM in four seasons at Niagara University (NCAA)... set career highs with 17 goals and 39 points in his senior season last year, and notched 36 and 38 points in his sophomore and junior seasons, respectively... finished in the top five in points on the team and in the College Hockey America conference each of his last three seasons... Caruana ranks 5th in career assists, 6th in career points and 9th in career goals on Niagara's all-time scoring lists.
